Julia I want to thank you for these excercises! They are perfect to start a day before sitting in a chair for the next 8 hours. I hate excersicing but with your videos it make it much easier. I finally found YT channel which is perfect for me. Thank you soooo much and keep it gooing 🤜💪
Amazing as usual. I did this for my morning mobility today instead of a workout as my DOMS are killer this am. I loved it very much as it hit the neck and shoulders which have been troublesome for me lately. Thank you again for all your hard-work. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Fun fact: your muscles stay the same length (in total) but your central nervous system will let you access ranges of motion it previously didn’t (because it wants to protect you from injury). Through flexibility & mobility training we slowly change your brains perception of what‘s safe. 😌
Great stuff as always! I have a question on the wall slides. What is the limiting factor in me not being able to touch my fingers together at the top? I am lucky if my elbows get level with my ears as it's so stiff and I lack full mobility.
For a more precise answer I would have to assess you in person. :) However issues with the wall slides usually stem from a lack of thoracic spine spine and/or shoulder mobility.
@@julia.reppel Unfortunately I don't think that's an option but thanks for getting back to me anyway! I'll work on both to be safe! It's certainly holding me back and causing injuries which could be avoided.
Fantastic. The gymnastic band really made it different. Do you have a recommendation for a gymnastic band? Mine are either too short or too long. Thank you.
@@julia.reppel Thanks a lot! I have a set bought as support for pull ups. They seem a little bit too long, but maybe the secret is the type of folding. I will have a little bit more detailed look when I try this exercise the next time. Thanks again.

I’ve always been flexible but now I can just STRETCH without heavy warmup. My muscles are just longer. I can drop to my palms in forward bend, easy.

Mine are from Amazon, from a German brand called viafortis. But I‘m certain these all have a standard length & resistance. 🤗
